My biggest fear about using Groove (instead of an online collaboration tool
like Zoho Projects) is assigning tasks in multiple Tool locations (meeting
"actions" vs. task tool lists, etc.) and losing track of some tasks because
they are buried somewhere. Most good collaboration tools give you the
ability to summarize your open "tasks" and responsiblities, by person, by
date, etc. Groove seems to be missing that feature.
Looks like the Dashboard in the Groove 3.1 Task & Meeting Management
Template had some of this, but that template was dropped for Groove 2007.
Can't seem to find a copy anywhere.
Can this be programmatically incorporated into a Tool "form" somehow? Where
can I find a starting point to code something like that?
