File Formats and Presentation Options

Can I create a presentation and save it in a format that
can be viewed by someone who does not have PowerPoint
installed on their computer? I want to create a sales and
marketing Show that can be distributed to prospective
clients. I am using PowerPoint 2002.

You can distribute your presentation with the PowerPoint Viewer app. This
allows a presentation to be played (but not edited, printed or able to see
slide notes) on a computer that does not have PowerPoint installed.

- In addition to the viewer I recommend the PowerLink Plus add-in, if
distributing on CD: http://www.aladat.com/PowerLinkPlus.htm.
