file is blank when i attach word doc. to an email that has enabled macros

PLEASE HELP ASAP. I have a file that is basically a form that I have to fill out however it requires macros to be enabled for talling purposes. This is not my problem, after saving the file as "completed quiz.doc" and attempt attaching it to my email it saves as a blank page. Not my completed quiz. I don't know what else to do and I have a deadline please help me!!!!
