I have a user that some times when she open files in word or Excel tells her
that the file is in use by her and can only open as read only. She does not
have the file open already, has created a new file only to have this happen
after one or two uses. I have swapped out her pc, updated windows, moved her
file from local drive to the server and still the same problem. She is using
Office 2003 SBE. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
