The reason why you can't find them is because they're
embedded/ hidden. Go to:
1. Control Panel
2. Folder Options and select 'show hidden files and
folders'.
Now do a search for a *.pst file. It should be in a
folder called c:\Documents and Settings\yourname\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. It is
probably called outlook.pst.
