File Open from Word V.S. opening from source.

When opening a MS Word document from w/in Word the file appears to be corruptted. But when clicking and opening on the file from the source location the file opens up fine. What can I do to resolve this issue.

Hi Jason,

If you mean that when you use File > Open all the formatting is gone
and there's a bunch of junk at the end of the document, then you have
the "Files of type" box in that dialog set to Recover Text From Any
File. You need to set it back to Word Document or All Files. See
