File, Search & Program errors

I recently started having multiple issues with programs closing and erroring.
It was fine one day and the next day I came into work and things were on the
fritz all over my windows files and some programs. I have no idea what
happened during the time I was gone however no one elses computer is having
the same issues. So its quite bizarre.
Some of these issues are:

In network and program files folders I click file and it gives an error
message of "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close.
We are sorry for the inconvenience." then freezes and I have to use task
manager to 'end task' on the folder because it's not responding.

The same thing happens if I right click on my desktop.

I've been experiencing problems with my Outlook where it randomly stops
spell checking and changes the font or format.

In my office we have multiple servers and some of my co-workers email is on
one server and mine is on the other, we never had trouble sending and others
still don't however, I can send to everyone but anyone on the other server
can't send to me.

My computer also decided to not see a network printer that was seen
perfectly the day before and I can't get it to add it again.

Lastly, we have TeleVantage, as our phone system here and there is a
Viewpoint work station on our computers to view incoming calls, transfer,
etc. When ever I have the above folder and desktop issues my televantage
closes.

It's all so strange and I and others have tried several things to correct it
but to no avail. If anyone out there could possibly help I would much
appreciate it as this is a real pain in the rear and slows down my work.

Thanks!

It suggests a serious server problem rather than a Word problem.. Get your
Network Maintenance out to diagnose the problem.
