I have sent you the file.
there must be some simple answer, I just cannot find it.
the file i sent shows the feature working the way I want , and then a few
lines down I cannot get it to work again.
I'm stuck.

Hi,

The project is Schedule from finish date which reverses some of the logic.
Set it to Schedule from Start and your problem goes away
HTH
