File Size, Running out of space

My e-mail file is always running out of space. If is set
up folders under the "PERSONAL FODERS" and move most of my
e-mail will that reduce the size of my e-mail space?

Sounds like your Exchnage admins have limited your mailbox size. Yes,
moving messages to your PST (Personal Folders file) will reduce your
Exchange mailbox usage.
