I am using PowerPoint 2003. I will be running the presentation from a
laptop. I know it depends on memory, etc. but what file size is too big?
What is the largest file one of the MVP's has run?

Too big is when your presentation starts having problems running because there
aren't enough resources available. That will depend on your machine. What is
the processor speed? How much memory does the system have? Is your hard drive
defragged, your Temp folder cleaned out? How much free disk space do you have?
Will all of the presentation files be on the hard drive? Will you have any
other programs running? How much video does your presentation contain? Do you
use a lot of animation and slide transitions? How big is your presentation?
How well does it run now?

Bottom line - - there is no magic figure. Any number provided would not be
relevant.
