File stuck outbox can't delete, edit or move

I tried to send an email in Outlook 2003 with a 100 MB attachment. I can't
delete, edit or move the file. When I try the message is that it is
transmitting but it doesn't transmit. I tried opening in safe mode but no
luck.

Thanks so much for the site. I had been having the same problem in Outlook
'07. Just couldn't figure out how to delete it. Followed your link, went
off-line with Outlook and was able to delete it just by going off-line. Now,
the offending file is GONE!
