Fill text

There is a command that generates "gibberish" text so you can fill areas or
text boxes etc. for layout of a template etc. Can anyone tell me what the
keystroke/command is?

This is exactly what I was looking for "dummy text" is what I was calling
gibberish. The "Lorem ipsum" text is just what I needed. Thanks for being
able to understand my needs and send me to the perfect site to get the info.
