filter report from pop-up

I am trying to filter a report that contains lead times.
I want the user to be able to select from 1 of 4 options,
the options are ranges, but the data in the lead time
field is not. Example
Range 1 - Less than or equal to 1 week
Range 2 - 2 to 4 weeks
Range 3 - 5 to 8 weeks
Range 4 - 9 weeks or more
