Filter & Sort after Mail Merge

In pub 2003 I can create a merge (mailing lables) and then go to tools > mail
& catalog merge > Filter or Sort.
Can't see how to sort or filter after mail merge in pub 2007.
Appreciate suggestions.

When you select your data, a dialogue comes up first *Mail Merge Recipients*
with the sort option. Also the Edit the recipient list is on the bottom of step
one of the merge wizard.

Thanks Mary for your usual helpful support.
However, the pub 2003 is a more practical approach.
I find it desirable to sort a list a > z by last name for one purpose and
then to resort the list by zip code for bulk mailings, and then maybe filter
for a city or state.
All this is easy in pub 2003, but in pub 2007 I have to sort the datebase
first and then I am stuck with that choice.
Bummer.
Thanks for letting me know the facts.

Actually, I tried it out in pub 2007 and it works pretty good. I was afraid I
would have to reenter the data, but no, I was simply able to resort and it
went fairly smoothly. I still think the pub 2003 approach was more logical ?,
but pub 2007 works once you know what to do.
Thanks again Mary
