For consolidation purposes, I need to filter Project Files
up to a certain Outline Level (say outline level 3) and
then save only the remaining tasks.
The idea is that the consolidated project file will
contain links to the inserted project files, but these
files will only go down to outline level 3. Any lower
levels will not be displayed (and will not be there).
Up to now, I have found ways of filtering and displaying
up to this third level, but if you expand the outline
level 3 tasks, the lower level tasks are still there. I
have not yet found a way to save only the tasks (so
without their children) up to a particular outline level.
Can anyone help me out on this one?
