Final Step in Moving PST

Hi All
I've just finished reading the article on how to move PSTs from old P
to new PC.
The article is great and I have found out a couple of things I didn'
know previously.

The one thing I cannot seem to find anywhere is how to stop the mai
server resending all mail on the server to the new or moved inbox.

Your help appreciated.

If you are leaving mail on the server, you can't prevent it. The files that
outlook uses to track the messages that were downloaded is specific to the
profile that created it.

If you have web access to your account, you can move the old mail to another
folder online - POP3 only downloads the inbox.
