Is it possible to find all instances of a word and then apply a style to
those words. I know you can find all the instances by keep using the Find
Next button, but there doesn’t seem to be an option to find all as you can in
Excel

Use the Replace function, type the word you want in the Find what cell.
Clcik in the Replace with cell but leave it empty but click the More button,
Style select the style you want.
Then press Replace All. All occurances of the "word" will have the style
applied.

In addition to the previous posting, if the style is a paragraph style, this
style will be applied to the paragraph and not just the search word, If the
style is a character style only the searchg word will have the style applied.
