First run of Office product

Have install Office 2003 Pro on every student PC on a
school network.

When each student first runs word/excel etc it goes
through a processes of:
Preparing to install
Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office
Professional Edition 2003 - does this 4 times and takes
about 2 minutes.
Then asks for users initials.

Asking for initials I can understand, the rest is
inappropriate as a complete install has already been done.

As every student cannot save any data locally, a correct
restriction of the group policy then this process runs at
every startup.

How can I stop this install process happening.
