Fitting data on entire page

I had an excel spread sheet emailed to me. When i go to print each page out,
it ends up that the information only extends down to 3/4 a page. I have set
page margins and it shows that the information should be an entire page, but
in the print preview it shows it as 3/4. I have tried editing printing option
(fit to page) and have tried to marginally increase the the height of each
row but it does not change the height. If the person who created the spread
sheet also protected it, would the protection stay on it even through e-mail?
How can i tell if it is protected or not? Thanks!

Rick this question should be taken up in the Excel Discussion group. You
have posted this in the Access group. But to answer part of your question,
yes the protection will still be on if it was protected. To find out if your
file is protected it depends on the version Excel you are using.
