Flags and personal/public folders

I often use flags on the e-mails in my inbox, to remind me following up the
subject. I also use personal and public folders, where i put e-mails that
belongs to different projects. But when I move an e-mail with a flag from my
inbox and into my personal/public folder, the reminder-function disappears.
My e-mail has still a flag, but no message appears. Why? Is there anyway to
make this work, so that I always get the reminder?

I've been searching a bit more on the Internet, and think I found the
"answer". The reminders will only work if it is in one of Outlooks default
folders... To make it work elsewhere, you will have to install som extra
software. I have not tried this yet...
