Hi,
General questions...
Setting a flag seems to only work in the inbox???
Setting the flag in any other folder, under the inbox or
sent items, seems to have no effect.

Unless you are using some 3rd party addin reminders only fire in the default
Inbox, Calendar, Tasks and Contacts folders. In all other folders items with
overdue reminders only turn red.
