Flags

Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003, question was put
to me - is it possible to change the name of the follow-
up flags when you right click and scroll to follow-up?

Thanks in advance,

Scott

I'm not sure what exactly you're trying to do. Do you have an example?

Sue,

Thanks for the quick reply.

What I'm trying to do is to change the name of the
flags. When I click on a message in the inbox, then
right-click on it I get a menu and when I go to follow-
up, I get a choice of flags (red, blue, yellow, green,
orange, and purple). What I need is a way to change the
name of each of the flags. It would be like the now "Red
Flag" would be changed to "Do Today", "Blue Flag" would
be changed to "Due Tomorrow" and so forth.

I hope this clarifies and thanks once again,

Scott

You cannot change the flag labels, as you can with the color labels in the
Calendar folder. What you can do is create a custom toolbar. Add each of the
color flags and change the label for the button on the toolbar.
