Flashing file name in tool tray

Sometimes, if I open a Word file and then try to print
the file, rather than print nothing happens except that
the file name appears in the tray and flashes red. If I
click on the red flashing file name, the document prints.

What'sjp withthis flashing file name.

I would appreciate any wisdom whatever.
