Flipped images

I can't seem to get an image properly flipped when it
comes time to print. It is a template and all looks fine
until it is actually printed. The print preview looks
right, and the image on screen looks right, but the hard
copy has a flipped graphic. I have done the patch
QFE_FlipPictures but that didn't seem to help at all.
Anyone out there with an answer?

Hi Kim,

In addition to installing the update in Word 2002
(built in to Word 2003) did you also make the registry change?
