Don't think PowerPoint is the suitable program for a flow chart.
Here's what you can do though. Click AutoShapes > Flowchart. You can made
use of the autoshapes which contains the shapes required for flow chart.

Another thing, use AutoShapes > Connectors for arrows. The connectors will
make it easier for you to construct the flowchart.
