In the true sense of the word "flowchart", no, Project does not produce
flowcharts. What Project can produce is a network diagram showing the
logical interrelationships between tasks. Unfortunately, even Project's
network diagram capability is limited. However there are third party
applications that can expand Project's network diagramming capability.
One that comes to mind is Milestones by Kidasa. You could also see a
