folder list

i need only the personal folder and its content to appear
on my folders list. I dont want my MAILBOX at the server &
its contents to appear. we cannot remove it from services
as it will not deliver our emails.......is there any
alternatives.

Create a separate profile with only the personal folders configured. To
create a new profile go to Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles->
Add.... Type the name for your profile and when it asks you to add a service
press close. Start Outlook with te newly created profile and cancel the
wizard. Now connect the pst-file to Outlook by using File-> Open-> Outlook
Data File.
