Alright, here is my dilema. My inbox folders are taking up valuable network
space, and need to be located on the hard drive. Is there any way that I
could relocate select inbox sub-folders to my hard drive, so that any
incomming mail sent to those folders will automatically be on my hard drive?
thanks!

OK so it's not really me who has this problem, it's my boss. I'm supposed to
know about these sorts of things, please help! He wont leave me alone! :)

Are you using Exchange server mailboxes or pst files?

If Exchange, a larger mailbox is better than using a pst. If a pst, you
should not have them on a network drive to begin with, but yes, you can move
some folders to a different pst on the local drive. File, New, Outlook Data
file... then drag folders to it.
