i just got a new computer, what is the easiest way to go
about transfering my folders to my new computer?

Since this is in the Outlook newsgroup, I assume you are
talking about Outlook folders. Copy your .pst file to disk
or cd and then open it on the new machine.

That's correct. Don't forget to remove the "Read Only" file property after
copying the file to the harddisk.
