font can not be changed

Any help would be appreciated. I can not change the font
of my email messages. I have tried all the usual
methods, but every time I try to hightlight and change
the size of the email font, it goes back to an original
setting. I use Windows XP and my husband has a separate
outlook account. He is able to change the font size,
color of his emails without any trouble.

type 'font' in your help wizard.. It will explain how to
set your email to html mail instead of text mail..

it's already on HTML...still won't change. i'm stumped
and have been working on this the entire afternoon.
thanks for the reply...any other suggestions?

Other than going to 'tools' 'option' 'mail format'.. I
would be at a loss.. mail format lets you set the html,
font, color.. etc..

fonts can be changed with the RTF format , surely in the HTML ,

it's already on HTML...still won't change. i'm stumped
