I have 2 issues thta recently started, first is in the
auto text feature, as teh reps are replying to an e-mail
and use thier auto text feature it is putting the text in
the proper font size and font type (Times Roman Size 10)
but as soonas they hit the enter button to go to next
line it changes the auto text to a size 12 font. I have
checked all teh default font settings, deleted the auto
text and re-entered. still getting same results. Any
suggestions?? I am lost on this one.
Issue 2 - Running exchange server 5.5 and another
location has access to the mail boxes (All of us are
running outlook 2000). When they are viewing the mail
they are seeing the mail in differnt font and font size
as actually on the mail boxes. Meaning the reply E-mails
were sent using times roman size 10, when they are
viewing they are seeing it as times roman but a size 12.
are we missing something in an outlook setting????
