font size changing in IE 6

I have been using Outlook Express for Email and Internet Explorer for the
Web. I recently started using Outlook 2002 and have been staying away from
OE.

Previously, I have the TEXT SIZE in IE set to SMALLER. Now, since I started
using Outlook, the text size in IE keeps changing to Medium.

Is there some setting I am overlooking? Is there some way of configuring
Outlook so the text size in IE does not change??
