Font Substitution

How do I tell Publisher which font to substitute for a
missing font on my printer/computer? In this particular
case, I just want to substitute ERAS MEDIUM ITC for ERAS
MEDIUM. Also, is there an easy way to find where ERAS
MEDIUM is being used in a document? I am not the
document's creator, I am just saving it and printing it on
my computer and printer. Thanks!
