On my website I am using a carpenter font others looking
at the website say it is showing times roman, how do i
make the font viewable to everyone, it is a marquee. I
know if i make it a graphic then it will work however it
will not slide from the r to l if i make it a graphic

Don't use non-standard fonts. If the client machine doesn't have the font,
it will default to (usually) Times New Roman.

And Marquee will only work on IE. Others will see a static display anyway.
