fonts

I'm assuming that if I make a powerpoint presentation using certain
fonts that the person that I'm emailing it to doesn't have installed on
their PC, then they wont be able to view the text in this font, right?

So how do I get around this if I want to use particular fonts that the
reciever doesnt have them?

Thanks.

In continuation to Luc's comments, font embedding is more of a problem than
it ever was - some versions of PowerPoint may not be happy about
presentations with embedded fonts - that's beyond the fact that most fonts
cannot be embedded at all.

If replacing existing fonts is more of time-consuming issue rather than a
design one, PowerPoint's Replace Fonts option can be a lifesaver.

If design issues dictate the use of a certain font (which does not allow
embedding), you can get over that limitation by exporting the text created
from within an illustration program to EMF or PNG formats - but that text
will lose its editability.

Do get back if you need clarifications.

Have a nice day.
