football program sponsor ads

i'm working our midget league football program where i need to make sponsor ads
i need to frame my paper into equal fourths and place borders around each
fourth
my main problem is making the squares and adding "art borders" to each

Easiest thing to do will be start with a 2 x 2 label (Tools>Envelopes and
Labels>Labels) as labels are only tables with fixed cell dimensions, then
use Format Borders and Shading to select the style of border that you want.
If you want something more elaborate than is available there, you should
probably use Publisher instead of Word.
