How do I get a horizontal line that matches a page border?

I want to use a page border for pages that introduce the sections of my
document. This works fine. However, for the actual document pages, I want to
use a horizontal line at the top and bottom that matches my page border, and
there is no match to the one I'm using in the horizontal lines choices. Is
there any way to get to the files used for page borders? I have the software
to make a horizontal line if I could just access the page border art file. I
can find MS clip art files in the Programs folder, but I can't seem to find
where page border art is stored. Thank you!

I am confused. Are you saying that what is available at Format/Borders &
Shading/Page Border/Width doesn't offer the same as the line width setting
tool in the Draw Toolbox

Page Borders can use Border Art, which is not available in any other way.
