"For Follow Up" files, deleted?

I accidentally deleted "For Follow Up" files, not realizing this would delete
those files in the "In Box". Dumb I know, but how can I get them back?

You mean you deleted the "For Follow Up" Search Folder or the individual
items in them?
The Search Folder itself doesn't contain any physical items so when you
delete the folder, you are basically only deleting a search query. You can
recreate it via;
File-> New-> Search Folder...

If you actually deleted them and also confirmed the deletion when removing
them from the Deleted Items folder, then you'll have to restore from backup.

not dumb at all, many users are confused by those search folders because they
are so similar to "real" folders.

Are the messages not in Deleted Items?
