I'm having some connectivity issues, I think, from a
setting in Outlook.
When I get a hyperlink in an email on my newly-set up
machine--or, for that matter, when I try to click on
Outlook Online Help--up pops a dialogue box, asking me to
connect via dialup.
Of course, I don't have a dialup. I don't have a phone
number to enter. I'm using an ethernet connection via
Roadrunner, and I'm already online. I can send and receive
mail, no problem, and get on the Web. How do I get Outlook
to recognize that I'm online and to go through that
connection, rather than the dead end it's trying to go
through?
Because I wind up having to cancel, and then the machine
thinks I want to work offline.
Frustrating.
Hope y'all can help,
