Forcing .doc hyperlink to open in Word

Does anyone know if it is possible to force a .doc hyperlink to open i
Word, instead of Internet Explorer when using FrontPage 2003? I kee
getting the File Download prompt from IE when I click on the link, an
I don't want that anymore. I think if I get it to open in Word, I ma
not get that prompt.

I know how to get rid of the hyperlink prompts in Office2k3 on a singl
computer, but that doesnt help my problem, as this html document will b
passed around on CD, and I can't alter every computer it will be use
on. THANKS
