Forecasted Progress vs. Actual Progress - Gantt View

We have an extremely large Project plan and my boss would like to have a view
that shows our forecasted progress in regards to the progress we have
actually made or, as it was explained to me "where we are vs. where we
thought we'd be".
Any idea which view I'd use or how to create this view?
Thanks!

Hi Heather,

Welcome to this Microsoft Project newsgroup :)

Have you examined the Tracking Gantt view which plots the baseline (where
you planned to be) and the tasks (where you are now)?

FAQs, companion products and other useful Project information can be seen at
this web address: http://project.mvps.org/faqs.htm

Hope this helps - please let us know how you get on :)

This assumes the baseline was created.
