Scheduled v. Actual Progess

Robert

We want to show two bars on the Gantt Chart view for summary tasks. One
would represent what the progress should be if all tasks were proceeding as
scheduled. The other would show the actual progress. The tricky part is
that we want to have the program automatically change the color of the actual
progress bar depending on progress relative to the scheduled progress. So,
if actual progress is equal to or better than scheduled progress, the bar
would be green. If not, the bar would be red. We have managed to create
both bars but are stuck as to how to insert the logic to make the program
decide which bar color should be used for the actual progress bar. We've
tried making a custom field and using that field in the bar's "Show For
....Tasks" setting but we can't seem to get it to work. Any one have ideas as
to how to go about this?

BTW - Or schedule is not resource loaded, it is simply a Gantt Chart.

Thank you.
