Form-fields: duplicating a previous field elsewhere in the doc.

Linda

I want to place a text field in a document several times,
but don't want to re-type the data in the subsequent
fields each time.

I can do this in Excel by saying a second cell =A1
(reference cell)

Is there a way to do this in Word with a form field?

Bookmark the text and use a Cross reference (REF field) to place the
bookmark content. A form field will be automatically assigned a bookmark. If
you are using form fields, check the 'calculate on exit' property so the REF
fields update.
