Form problems

I got this error after creating a form. I done the
indentical form for another site and it worsk fine.

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions' Smart HTML
interpreter on this non-HTML page:
By the way the page is html and was created in Frontpage

This could be a result of the extensions or the form
properties.

Double check properties to make sure they point to the new
site. If you are sending to file, make sure the file
exists in the _private folder.

If the properties are in order, then you may need to reset
the extensions.

Well, wouldn't it be easier for Microsoft to admit that there is a problem between 2002, and 2003 with the forms? It seems painfully obvious to all that if it worked before and suddenly doesn't with 2003, that somebody screwed up.
