Form Problems

N

Neal

I have created a form using Word XP. The form is divided into two sections,
the top contains text fields and the bottom which contains a one cell table
for text input. I have seprated these with a continuous section break. I then
protected the top part of the form. The problem is that when someone uses
ENTER, instead of tab to move between the form fields, they are able to
insert extra spaces. Can this be corrected?

Thanks in Advance,

You'll need to place the form fields in a Word table (remove the
borders if you do not want them to print) and set the row height to an
exact measurement rather than using 'At least'. This can be found
under Table/Table Properties/Row.
