I created a form and would like to have the form send to an email
address and to a file: _private/form_result.txt. I already have a
confirmation page attach to the form also. I also have the front page
extension installed. However, everytime I fill in the form and enter
the submit button, I received this error:

http://www.agathastudio.com/_derived/nortbots.htm

404 page not found
the server cannot find the requested URL

If you can help, please reply to my message.
Thank you,

Mary,

If you take a look at your file path, you will see this
http://www.agathastudio.com/../_private/form_results.csv
instead of

http://www.agathastudio.com/_private/form_results.csv

You have two periods and an extra forward slash. Try
changing this and republishing. Also, double check to make
sure the file form_results.csv does indeed exist in your
_private folder.

Also, although it isn't visible until highlighting,
because the background is black, you have the [FrontPage
Save Results Component] message appearing on your page.
This is often an indication that the extensions are
corrupt, but just the error in the file path could cause
this as well.

Thank you for replying to my message,
Don't you think the problem is in the nortbots.htm?
I tried to search in google groups for nortbots and get some answer to
this error, but still couldn't get mine running.
