Format task and task number in notes page in Project

I am unable to format the Project Notes Page. The task number and task
continues to print out in a small font in the Notes page. I am able to
adjust the font of the notes when they print out in the Notes page. How can
I make the required changes.

For some unknown reason, this is not possible within Project
