Formatting a gantt chart

When trying to print a gantt chart, my project has a begin date of 3/15/05,
yet when I print preview the gantt chart the first column starting from the
left is January 20. These leaves alot of unused space and reduces the view of
the rest of the gantt chart.

Try File, Print. You can enter a date range there. Also make sure that under
Project, Project Information the project start date is the same as the
earliest task in your schedule.
