Hi
I am not sure if VBA is what i should use for a solution. The task i have is
to create a boilerplate template, complete with Dynamic Value fields. Then,
to feed the Template with a Primary Key, and to have the document fill in the
fields with the data which corresponds to that key.
All of this is going to be presented in a Sharepoint environment, so i will
probably have to use Word 2007 exclusively. The application i want is like a
Word mail merge, except that i want only the values for one record, and I
want to be able to feed that records key value programattically (or with a
click of a button or user input into a text box)
Does anyone know if VBA is what i am looking for, and if so, what might be a
good direction to choose in getting this started?
many thanks,
mike
