I've created a monthly calendar in Publisher and now want to apply all the formatting changes that I made to th
first month's calendar to all the other 11 months. I've tried all the help files and can't find anythiing that will help. Help!

The Format Painter will help with this. But it is only available in newer
versions of Publisher (IIRC), so you may need to tell us which version of
Publisher you are using.

Hi Ed. I'm using MS Office Publisher 2003, Version 11.0.5614.0

OK, select all of the first table (the one with the formatting you want to
use - click and drag across it), and double-click the Format Painter icon on
the toolbar
Now go the next table, and drag across it in the same way you did with the
first.
Repeat with the rest of the tables.

Thanks Ed… I couldn’t get this to work unfotunately but now have another problem and you may be able to help. In the earlier version of Publisher that I was using up until a few weeks ago I could choose which day of the week I could start my monthly calendar wit, e.g. you could choose the week starting with Monday or Sunday. This functionality no longer seems to be there! Any ideas?

Publisher draws this setting from the Regional Settings in the Control
Panel. You may need to change your Locale, Time Zone, and/or Keyboard
Layout to another country to change this.
